You might not know this, but that term really means Situation Comedy.* See? I did some research, so you wouldn't have to. But really, what I've done is put together some actual comedy you could use in real situations.** Because, I'm not a robot, and the odds are, neither are you. So, unless you have something better to do, let's get into it!

Let's say you're on a first date. Maybe you could break the ice by asking, "Any idea why the blind don'skydive?" They'll look confused, and say "No?" To which you could reply, "Because it scares the dog."

Maybe you're taking a break at work, leaning on the water cooler. "Did you hear that guy, out in the country, about the end of the world? It probably has to do with farmageddon."

Or you don't know how to end conversation. Just say, "Guess what?" They'll say "What?" You say, "Exactly." And walk away.

Maybe you want to cheer up your taxi driver. Just hit them with, "What do dentists call X-rays?" And in case you don't know, it's tooth-pics.

It's thanksgiving, and your sister in law is a mechanic. "What's the funniest motorcycle?" They'll probably notice the set up, but when they answer by asking what, you'll say, "A Yamahaha."

Doctor's appointments can feel awkward. But humor relieves tension*** So, regale your physician with the story of how you played pofessional Peek-a-boo until your accident. Which put you straight into the I.C.U.

At a job interview, the employer may notice that under skills, your resume says how your skills include "Playing piano by ear?" To which, you'll have to explain, "I used to. But I prefer my hands now."

It's been fun. Still, when the end finally comes, I think I'd like a glass casket. But I'm not sure. Remains to be seen.
