Lasting Layers
Sometimes, we can double things over, or add stuff, to make stuff last. Of course, it's also warmer, but half the planet doesn't get much snow. That makes this info super useful, and that's why I researched it.(None of which sponsored this, btw.) So you don't have to. And if you think it might help you, then let's get into it!
Base layer * Your base layer is under everything else. So, it's most protected, right? Well, not really. It's the closest to your skin, which means it gets all the sweat and friction. But if you invest in a quality base, made of natural fiber, you might have to replace it less often.
Outer layer ** The middle, or, outer layer, is actually the most protected, between everything else. It might also be where your fashion sense shines. Sweaters and slacks, and such. But it's still important to stay warm. You can get lined, insulated versions of many options, so you look awesome, but you're not frosty. And if you only wear it every couple years, it might last decades.
Shell-Over layer ***Finally, you'll need a shell, usually a jacket. The variety of these can be pretty fashionable, but it's less important whether you wear a hoodie or a harrington. The idea is to hold all your warmth in, and act as a shield from the elements. When its super cold, people wear coats over their jackets, but that's at the extreme. Once again, you might have to replace your base layer the most, but invest in good quality clothing, and layer both to protect and to reduce stress, and I've had coats last for generations.
I hope that blessed you. For a little more, check out voiceintha on blogspot, facebook, X, and instagram Thanks!
