Powerful, Personal Prayer

From Luke 11, we get an example of the Lord's prayer. Which is essential to the way we pray. Because it's what He likes. I know people have lots of questions about prayer, which I've researched some, so you don't have to. But what I found may surprise you. And if you wanna find out, let's get into it!

Prayers don't have to be rigid and repetetive. Because the Spirit knows what we need before we ask, we can stumble through our thoughts. But He also teaches with grace. So, we can take comfort in the humble rhythms of the The Lord's Prayer, Hail Mary, or any scriptures. Especially when we don't know what else to say.

With all that, prayer is important because communication is vital to any relationship. So whether we have to bring something new and keep that fire, or if you always repeat the same "I love you," He wants to hear from you.

If you're still struggling, find a bible story you relate to, and a quiet place, and read through it to God, putting your situation in the place of David or Paul or whoever. And use their example for what to say.

Remember that the Spirit often speaks in a still, small voice. So, while He can and does use burning bushes, more often, you might just miss Him if you're not paying attention and regularly reading scriptres.

And the biggest thing about the right kind of prayer, it's all about spending personal time with God. But also, in a way that you can carry it out into life, sharing salvation with others. Really, that's what it's all about.

I hope that blessed you. If so, please consider buying me a cup of coffee, to keep me going.
