OMG, You're Awesome!

So, I talked recently about powerful, personal prayer. But today, I wanna look at another angle.  Because while there are a lot of different kinds of prayer, these are probably the two most common.  More specifically, I'm gonna talk today about getting together with others, and praying as worship.  Now, that might be a little different from what you know. But I've been doing the research, so that you don't have to. So put on some organ music, maybe light a candle, and let's get into it! 

       First off, when you pray, you should always be respectful. You don't have to kneel (Though, that's okay.) But when talking to the maker of everything, you should recognize how small you are. And at that point, you're already starting to worship, because on some level, you're amazed. 

        A big part of our faith, though,  is how it's a group thing. Someone probably led you to Christ,and you're supposed to tell others. And when everyone there sees who you are, and who He is, you wanna share that feeling. 

          This is why we go to church. And I have another article about why dressing up is also worship. But beyond Sunday morning, there's occasions when we just meet up, and worship. 

        They're called revival meetings,  praise and worship hours, or adoration services. some churches refer to them as sing nights or breakout encounters And while there may be players said in unity, the big thing is your own heart. It's like heaven on earth,  where all God's children join together.  Praying and praising as one, in every way they can think of.  If you've never been,  check it out!
